MARC REITER RECENTLY LECTURED TO OTHER IMMIGRATION LAWYERS AT THE AMERICAN IMMIGRATION LAWYERS ASSOCIATION 2009 ANNUAL CONFERENCE. HE LECTURED REGARDING OPTIONS WHEN AN I-130 (IMMEDIATE RELATIVE PETITIONS), I-485 (ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS) AND/OR I-751 (PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS) HAVE BEEN DENIED.
IN A RECENT CASE THAT MARC REITER HANDLED, THE BOARD OF IMMIGRATION APPEALS REVERSED THE ORDER OF AN IMMIGRATION JUDGE IN TEXAS DENYING BOND AND ORDERED THAT THE CLIENT BE RELEASED ON A VERY LOW BOND AMOUNT. THE IMMMIGRATION JUDGE HAD TWICE REFUSED TO SET A BOND AMOUNT.

Because Marc J. Marc J. Reiter has lived and worked in foreign countries, including England and Israel, and

live and work. He received his Undergraduate Degree (Cum Laude) and Law Degree
from the University of Pittsburgh. He also received a scholarship to complete course work

and in Federal Court. He has handled several appeals to the Board of Immigration Review, and several Petitions for Review in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
He has represented U.S. and foreign multimillion dollar corporations, small businesses, hospitals and medical doctors in various types of cases including labor certification, H-!B, Intra-Company transfers, and J-1 Waivers.

Marc J. Reiter is admitted to practice by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the State of New Jersey, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States District Court for the Third Circuit.
Marc J. Reiter graduated Cum Laude from the University of Pittsburgh, and from the University of Pittsburgh Law School. He also completed course work at Tel Aviv University in Israel.
He speaks English and Hebrew.
Marc J. Reiter is frequent contact with officers of USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services), ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement), CBP (Customs and Border Protection), and EOIR (Executive Office of Immigration Review), and has a good working relationship with these agencies.
