Marc Reiter handles family based and employment based (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3) permanent resident cases(green card cases). He has represented hundreds of clients in cases in which they obtain their permanent residence based on marriage to a U.S. citizen or other family relationship (fiances, children, parents and brothers and sisters of U.S. Citizens and U.S. Permanent Residents) or based on an employment offer and/or the individual's profession. He has represented individuals whose professions range from Specialty Chefs to Engineers to Medical Doctors.

Marc Reiter has also represented several individuals in Asylum Cases. Some of his cases include asylum claims based on Political Opinion, Religion, Female Genital Mutilation, Forced Marriage, Sexual Orientation.
