Sample Testimonials (not exhaustive)

"I met Marc Reiter with my employer when filing for my H-1B non-immigrant work visa. At that time, my visa situation was in shambles due to the indirect effects of the recession. He took immense care in understanding all the intricacies of my visa status and my immigration goals and me sound advice on what steps I must take to achieve them. I was surprised at the amount of time he devoted to answering every question regardless of how ignorant and unnecessary they may have been. Needless to say, all the advice he gave was spot on and I was thus successful in achieving my immigration goal of attaining the H-1B visa. I was also very impressed with the overall professionalism and conduct of his office. Marc is an excellent immigration attorney and more importantly very helpful, considerate and quick with his tasks. There is nothing more I can expect from an immigration attorney"

"Our biotechnology startup company worked closely with a foreign student from Carnegie Mellon University. After the student graduated, our startup considered it crucial to hire him. This person was an integral part to the startup, providing intellectual property that was fundamental to the startup's existence. The large amount of stress in obtaining the H-1b work visa for this foreign worker was completely put to rest when we hired Marc Reiter for representation. Marc and his staff organized all the necessary legal documents and quickly replied to email questions. The H-1B visa was approved and our startup is thankful for Marc's diligent work."
