Marc Reiter has distinguished himself in Personal Injury Practice. He has represented individuals and families in personal injury cases including wrongful death cases against a variety of defendants including businesses, individuals, insurance companies, nursing homes, hospitals, doctors, and airlines.

Most of the firm's personal injury clients are referrals from other attorneys and former clients who have been pleased with Marc Reiter's past work and the results he has been able to achieve on behalf of his clients. The firm helps injured victims even the playing field with the insurance companies and their lawyers and adjusters who are working on the case from the time the claim is reported.

Marc Reiter has worked in the past for an insurance defense firm, and uses that experience in representing injured victims against the insurance companies and/or their insureds.

He has obtained several verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients including a verdict in excess of $215,000 and six figure settlements.

Prior to opening his own office, Marc J. Reiter worked several years for a prominent Pittsburgh Personal Injury law firm which concentrates in Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Workers Compensation. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice (formerly the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association).
